Overview
The Product attribute specifications table block displays a structured table of product specifications, such as size, material, weight, dimensions, or technical attributes.
It is designed to present product information in a clean, comparable, and easy-to-scan format — especially useful for products with detailed specifications.
This block is ideal for:
Technical products
Products with multiple attributes
Comparison-style product information
Detailed specification sections
Where to use this block
This block is primarily intended for:
Product pages
Product templates
Sections that support blocks on product-related pages
It can also be used on other pages, but variant-based updates only work on product pages.
How to add this block
Open the Theme Editor
Navigate to a product template or a section that supports blocks
Click Add block
Select Product attribute specifications table
Add specification rows inside the table
How content works (Block structure)
The specifications table uses a table-based block hierarchy:
Product attribute specifications table
└── Specification row
├── Attribute label
└── Attribute value
Each row represents one product attribute.
⚠️ Important
Specification rows must be added inside the table block
If no rows are added, the table will appear empty
Product binding & variant behavior
Product selection
Product
You can optionally select a product in the block settings.
If the selected product matches the current product page, the table can react to variant changes
If no product is selected, the block uses the current product context
Variant-based updates
When used on a product page:
The table automatically listens for variant changes
Attribute values can update dynamically based on the selected variant
This behavior is enabled only when:
You are on a product page, and
The selected product matches the current product
💡 This makes the block ideal for showing variant-specific specs (e.g. size, weight, capacity).

Dimensions: 40 × 30 × 10 cm
Battery life: Up to 10 hours
Rows can be reordered, duplicated, or removed freely.
Tips for best results
Keep attribute labels short and consistent
Use the same unit format across rows
Group related specifications together
Avoid overly long text inside table cells
Use variant-based attributes only when needed
Common mistakes
Table does not update when changing variants
→ Make sure:
You are on a product page
The selected product matches the current product
Table appears empty
→ No specification rows added
Layout looks too wide
→ Use Custom width or Fit content
Limitations
Variant-based updates only work on product pages
The table is not designed for complex nested content
Styling applies to the table container, not individual cells
Common use cases
Technical specification section on product pages
Variant-dependent attributes (size, weight, capacity)
