Image size recommendations

Cheryl will work with any image size. However, for best results (both in terms of performance and quality), we recommend providing the right size for the right situation for better load times and to make sure your site loads as quickly as possible. Below are the image dimensions recommend (width x height):

LOGO: 135 x 66 (px).

SLIDESHOWS, IMAGE BANNERS: 1920 x 800 (px). The image's main of interest should be in the middle, as this image will be automatically resized and cut off based on the screen size. 

GALLERY: 825 x 676 (px). The image's main of interest should be in the middle, as this image will be automatically resized and cut off based on the screen size. 

PRODUCT IMAGES: there is no recommended size, as it all depends on how you'd like to showcase your products. It could be square images, horizontal images, or vertical images. The recommendation though is to try to stay consistent, use JPG (PNG) format, and upload images that are as large as possible to give the theme enough flexibility to choose the correct size based on the device. For instance, if you are using squared images, you could upload something like 1000x1000 (or more). If you are using vertical images, something like 800x1000, or using horizontal images, something like 1000x800 can work well.
